Scanmaskin ScanDust 6000

ScanDust 6000 is a very powerful industrial vacuum cleaner with high performance designed for our larger grinders, SC 650 up to SC 1000 RC.

ScanDust 6000 is equipped with a main filter package that takes care of the larger particles, in traditional cartridge filters made of polyester. In addition to coarse filter package, there are also four micro-filters of type H-13 (Hepa-rated) that takes care of the small health hazardous particles.

The SD 6000 is equipped with the efficient Jet-Pulse system that pulses the filters in order to keep them clean. The SD 6000 use the Longopac bagging system, which makes managing dust very easy and efficient. With the Longopac system you will get 20m of folded plastic bag that gives you about 25 dust free changes.

For optimal result, you can use the ScanDust 6000 together with the ScanDust Separator 6000 (SD Separator 6000).The SD Separator 6000 separates up to 90% of the dust particles. This means that the filters of the Scan Dust 6000 don’t need to be cleaned as often as when the SD Separator 6000 isn’t in use and the filters also last longer. Additionally, the airflow is high for a longer time. The SD Separator 6000 is delivered with a hose, 3 m (9ft), for connection to the dust collector.
