Keeping you safe in store

Keeping our staff and customers safe is our number one priority; that is why we have put several safety measures in place to ensure everyone can remain safe whilst collecting the products you need.

• Please do not visit our stores if you are showing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19
• Customers must always wear a face-covering in all of our stores.
• We have put in social distancing markers throughout our stores to ensure you keep a safe distance from staff and customers.
• We have put strict cleaning and handwashing procedures in place and provide sanitiser for all staff and customers when in our store.

Keeping you safe when delivering

When delivering to customer premises, our drivers will remain outside and at a safe distance whilst you receive your goods. Our drivers will take the first name and last name of the person accepting the goods; however a signature will not be required.
